How do art commissions work?
How long before i receive my order?
Custom art usually takes between 1-4 days to make and delivery within USA is typically within 5 business days. Please view our shipping policy to learn more.
For all other items: USA ~ 7 to 16 business days (tracking system available)
Rest of the world ~ 7 to 25 business days (tracking system availability varies)
Can i make a return or exchange?
Custom orders can be cancelled with a full refund processed if the piece has not yet been sent out for delivery.
Keep in mind all pieces are bespoke and can't be cancelled or returned after it has been sent out for delivery.

What are the hanging options?
Acrylic pieces come fitted with French cleat backing for easy and secure hanging. Screws for installing the hanging included.
Canvas mediums come ready to hand no extras required.
What to do if the order payment doesn't go through?
We recommend using Apple Pay for seamless transactions. A card transaction would typically fail because 3DSecure has not been enabled on it. Please reach out to your card provider for more information and try again.
Alternatively, if you are an iOS user, add your card to your Apple wallet and checkout using Apple Pay.

Do gift cards expire?
No. Gift cards don't expire and can be added to your apple wallet balance
